Presided by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, Sorsogon State University Administrative Council (ADCO), conducted its 1st Quarter Regular Meeting on February 21, 2025, held via hybrid platform at the SorSU Boardroom, Sorsogon City Campus for in-person and online through Zoom meeting.
The 1st Quarter Meeting addressed and discussed matters on fiscal (including Policy Guidelines on the Granting of PhP 5,000 Cash Allowance for Students undergoing OJT/Internship Abroad, Proposed Clean and Safe Drinking Water Establishment on Campus, & SECOM Resolution No. 10-2025 in relation to the Application of Prof. Ramil D. Evangelista for three-year Study Leave); administrative (along Proposed Revision of the Administrative Manual, Proposed Policy on the Withdrawal of Registration, Proposed Research, Extension, and Training (RET) Manual of Operations, Proposed SorSU Strategic Plan 2022-2026 (Version 2.0), Proposed SorSU’s Annual Operational Plan for FY 2025, Proposed Rates for Rental and Service Fees of the University Facilities, & Policy Guidelines on Utilization of SorSU Registered Trademark); matters for confirmation (Request for Confirmation of Twenty-five 25 Appointments issued by the President to the Newly Appointed Teaching Personnel & Request for Confirmation of the Memorandum of Agreements entered into by the Sorsogon State University with the following stakeholders); and other items among others.
