𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐏 𝐋𝐨𝐬 𝐁𝐚ñ𝐨𝐬
Sorsogon State University outshines 20 schools as the SorSU engineering students emerged as the champions in the Executives Challenge XVIII, held at UP Los Baños last February 18, 2023.
Two teams were sent by SorSU, composed of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering students.

Team A was the leading team from the elimination round until the final round when they emerged as the champion, besting 38 other teams.
The Executives Challenge XVIII is an annual intercollegiate engineering science quiz participated by different engineering fields nationwide; put on hold only during the pandemic. Every year, the SSC Engineering Department participates in the said event and won the championship title twice, in 2012 and 2016.
Finally, after seven years, SSC (now SorSU) once again reclaimed the title and took home Php 35,000 cash prize.
