The Sorsogon State University (SorSU) proudly congratulates its five (5) newly-licensed mechanical engineers and three (3) certified plant mechanics for successfully passing the 2023 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination (MELE) and 2023 Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) Board Examination, respectively held on August 5-6, 2023.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 2,133 out of 4,237 examinees passed the ME Licensure Examination, while 104 out of 187 passed the Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) Licensure Examination. The overall performance rating of SorSU is 100% (3 out of 3) for the CPM board exam.
SorSU’s newly-registered mechanical engineers are as follow:

3. Engr. Kenn Hayahay Mercader
4. Engr. Christian Millares Mirandilla
