On October 4th, 2024, Sorsogon State University (SorSU) Main Campus commemorated World Teachers’ Day with a heartfelt event honoring the university’s dedicated faculty and staff. The celebration, held at the SorSU Covered Court, exemplified the institution’s profound appreciation for its educators and the vital role they play in shaping the academic and personal growth of students.
As part of the festivities, SorSU students showcased both contemporary and folk dance performances as a tribute to their teachers. These performances served as a small token of gratitude for the invaluable guidance and support that the university’s educators provide throughout the academic journey.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity for the SorSU community to come together and express their gratitude to the faculty and personnel, whose hard work and commitment continue to inspire and empower students.
