The Sorsogon State University (SorSU) proudly congratulates the Electrical Engineering students for victoriously bagging 2nd Place (1st Runner Up) of the 20th National Philippine Electrical Code Quiz Show during the 9th Electrical Engineering and Technology Studentsโ Summit last November 27-29, 2023, at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Metro Manila.
Aimed at supporting the professional growth and information necessities of IIEE members, the national event was participated by 24 competing state universities and colleges across the country, and Team SorSU was triumphantly hailed as the 2nd Placer (1st Runner-Up) of the national code quiz show.
Organized by the Council of Student Chapters (CSC), a student arm under the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE), the three-day face-to-face summit, alongside the 20th National Philippine Electrical Code Quiz Show, was also composed of Mega Seminar, 9th Clash of Intellects in Engineering Sciences and Allied Science (CIENSCIA), 1st Electrical Technology Quiz Show (ETQS), and Student Activities.
