SorSU Engineering Teams Win Big at Executives’ Challenge 2025, Claiming 2nd and 7th Places in National Quiz

The Sorsogon State University (SorSU) extends its heartfelt congratulations to its talented Engineering students for clinching 2nd and 7th places at the Executives’ Challenge Year XX, a prestigious National Inter-Collegiate Engineering Science Quiz Contest, held during the recently concluded Engineering Congress 2025 on February 23, 2025, at the University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB).

In recognition of their achievement, Team A was awarded a cash prize of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000), which serves as a testament to their hard work, dedication, and intellectual prowess in this national competition.

SorSU commends the College of Engineering and Architecture (COE), its Dean Engr. Rufo D. Durian III, and the dedicated coaches Engr. Jerry Jake June B. Hayagan and Engr. Robert Christian Labalan, as well as the faculty and mentors, for their continuous support and guidance.
