Anchored in the theme, “Wrap and Label: Design, Innovate, and Thrive,” the 4th-year students of the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship program under the College of Business and Management (CBM) participated in a two-day Packaging & Labeling Workshop at the Sorsogon PILI FabLab on December 5 and 6, 2024.
The workshop, aimed at equipping future entrepreneurs with skills in product packaging and labeling, began with opening remarks from Dr. Maria Luisa P. Mirasol (Dean, CBM). Mr. Mario Corral (FabLab Graphic Artist) led the workshop session on design strategies. During the workshop, students took part in hands-on activities, designing packaging and labels for different products. The workshop concluded with student presentations of their design, followed by closing remarks from Mrs. Cristy Docdocos (Program Chair, BS Entrepreneurship).
The event was made possible through the collaboration of the College of Business and Management and the SorSU Pili Fablab, which supports innovation and creativity at Sorsogon State University. (SorSU PIO)
