To formally launch the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program in the Provinces of Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon, Sorsogon State University (SorSU), represented by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Municipalities of Libmanan, Daraga, and Bulan, and other partner Bicol SUCs/LUCs, including Bicol University, Daraga Community College, and Governor Mariano E. Villafuerte Community College, officially sealed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on March 12, 2025, at the La Plazza Hotel and Convention Center, Legazpi City, Albay.
Present also during the ceremonial MOA signing were Prof. Ma. Elena C. Demdam (Campus Director, SorSU-Bulan Campus), Engr. Rey C. Rodrigueza (Dean, College of Information and Communication Technology-Bulan Campus), and Prof. Corazon G. Bongalosa. (SorSU PIO)
