The Office of the Student Development Services (OSDS) headed by Prof. Robert G. Buban has successfully initiated the conduct of the election for various department and student-based organizations namely the SorSU Magallanes Campus official school paper – The Aqua Channel, Young Entrepreneurs, Taekwondo and Athletics Club, and Future Educators’ Guild.
Discussions of action plans, and other important requirements for the academic year were tackled by the advisers for each organizations for smooth flow of the activities and class schedules. Meanwhile, the Supreme Student Council (SSC), SINAG, KAUGUS, Marine Bio, FASG, and Scholars’ League are set to launch early this coming week.
Along with the elections of officers in the campus, the Commission on Election employees of LGU Magallanes personally visited the campus as they conducted Special Satellite Registration for the Youth and Voter’s Education and Information Campaign. This way, students were given the opportunity to register in anticipation for the May 12, 2025 National and Local Elections.
