SorSU once again outperforms other SUCs in Athletics Tournament — earns gold & silver (men’s category), gold (women’s category) in Discus Throw Event; gold in 800-m Run (men’s category); silver in Triple Jump (men’s division); & bronze in 400-m Low Hurdles (women’s division)

Once again, surpassing other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the SCUAA Meet 2023 – Athletics Competition, the Sorsogon State University (SorSU) successfully obtained the gold & silver medals during the Throwing Event: Discus Throw (men’s division) and another gold in the same event ‘Discus Throw’ (women’s division). Similarly, SorSU also grabbed the gold medal in the Running Event: 800-meter Run, clinched the silver in the Jumping Event: Triple Jump, as well as the bronze medal in the 400-meter Low Hurdles (women’s category).
