The Sorsogon Pili Development Board (SPDB), chaired by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus (SPDB Chairperson), held a meeting on March 10, 2025, at the SorSU Boardroom, Sorsogon City Campus.
In attendance during the meeting were SPDB Vice Chairperson Ms. Lilian Alice D. Lopez (SPPC Chairperson), Provincial Director Ma. Lourdes D. Pancho (DTI Sorsogon), Mrs. Judy Doma (DENR-PENRO), Mr. Bobby Gigantone (PGDH-Provincial Tourism), Dr. Ryan V. Dio (SorSU-Vice President for Research, Extension and Training), Mr. Pedro Oliver (Dept. of Agriculture), Mr. Gines Deniega (Office of the Provincial Agriculturist-Sorsogon), and DOST province representatives.
Through its strategic initiatives, projects, and activities, SPDB remains committed to fulfilling its mission of promoting and advancing the pili industry in the Province of Sorsogon. (SorSU PIO)
