Pursuant to the implementation of Republic Act No. 11055, also known as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Act, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is conducting an online survey, approved by CHED Commission En Banc, among Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to determine the number of PhilSys-registered CHED-UniFAST student beneficiaries per HEI.
Accordingly, the survey plays a vital role in PSA’s efforts to prioritize the PhilSys registration of students and/or facilitate the issuance of their ePhilIDs – for those who have already registered but have yet to receive their IDs.
