To build camaraderie and promote collaboration among Entrep students, Sorsogon State University (SorSU) Bulan Campus – Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) conducted a 2-day event, consisting of a Team Building activity last March 10, 2023, and a seminar-workshop today, March 13, 2023, at SorSU Bulan Campus Social Hall, with the theme, βππ―π₯π¦π³π΄π΅π’π―π₯πͺπ―π¨ ππΆπ΄πͺπ―π¦π΄π΄ π’π―π₯ ππ°π°π₯ ππ©π³π°πΆπ¨π© ππ°πππ’π£π°π³π’π΅πͺπ·π¦ ππ¦π’π³π―πͺπ―π¨.β
SUC President III, Dr. Giggy F. De Jesus, delivered a lecture talk on βBasic Food Hygiene (BFH) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)β. Meanwhile, the afternoon session centered on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) lecture, led by BS-Entrep students of Galiang Food Products (one of the Young Farmers Challenge 2022 Provincial Awardees), as well as BMC workshop and presentation of BS-Entrep students. Dr. Diane V. Sales, Dean of the BME Department, gave the closing remarks of the event.
On the other hand, the Team Building, conducted last Friday, immersed the Entrep students in various fun activities as their planning, communication skills, and teamwork were challenged and strengthened. (SorSU PIO)
